Scott Peterson

Scott Peterson is an accomplished chef in the Gallatin Valley. After graduating from the New England Culinary Institute, interning at L’Essential in France and establishments in New York and San Diego, Scott returned home to Montana where he continued to hone his skills. In fact, he was invited to cook at the James Beard House in New York. Because family is as important to Scott as cooking, he decided to start his own catering business with his wife, Nicole. Castle Rock Café in the Gallatin Canyon was so successful that they outgrew that original café within 2 years and moved to Bozeman opening the Storm Castle Café. Scott credits the support of his loyal customers, his employees and his family for his success.
