Brunnera

Brunnera have large, silvery, heart shaped leaves that will brighten up dark areas all season long. The pale blue Forget-me-Not like flowers arise in a delicate spray usually in early spring. when flowers fade, clip the stems below the leaves to give them a cleaner look. Brunnera prefer light slightly moist soil, so mix in compost when planting and lightly mulch around the roots (keep mulch off the crown to prevent rot).
